We ship to the United States for a flat rate of $10. At this time we do not ship internationally. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We also offer free in store pick up. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email. Orders must be received by 11am Monday - Friday to be processed on the same day. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. United States orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and take 5-7 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

Due to the nature of the products being sold, we are unable to return products. All sales are final.
Flat Fee Schedule
We have a flat fee schedule that is subject to change without notice. Skin & Tonics will provide information regarding the fees upon request. We will require payment in full at the time of your visit.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Our practice appreciates your time and we do our best to see patients in a timely manner. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule. We understand situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore required that if you must cancel your appointment, you provide more than one business day notice. Providing notice in advance is not only a courtesy to your provider but provides opportunity for another patient to be seen.
Without notification, you may be subject to a cancellation or no show fee. We understand that special, unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within one business day. Fees in this instance may be waived but only with management approval.
